Painting workshop
The course program consists of 3 main blocks, each of which lasts 3 months. The total duration of the program is 9 months.
MAIN PROGRAM :
1. Studying the possibilities of graphic materials.
2. Study of techniques and techniques of watercolor
3. Learning the basics of oil painting
The most important task of the course is to uncover creativity in a person, allow him to think broadly and not be afraid to create, to teach how to use a variety of materials and techniques to realize his creative dreams.
In each block of the course, we will study the most important concepts in the visual arts:
Composition
Color theory
Styles, directions and genres
Artistic and expressive means of painting
Entertaining art history
For future architects, illustrators, designers, advertising and PR specialists, marketers and other professions involved in working with the visual element, training in the Art-workshop will create excellent conditions for the formation of a creative personality.
COURSE PROGRAM
I. The first block "Graphics", 3 months, 12 lessons
We put our hands, study the basics, develop a sense of tone, work with light and shadow, line and form, learn to transfer volume.
We study materials:
simple pencil, pastel, colored markers.
The main topics of studies:
Introduction Acquaintance with pastel. Color theory. Color palette. Mixing colors. Coloring. Warm and cold. Basics of the landscape genre. We write the autumn forest in warm colors.
We draw a landscape in pastel in cold colors. Snow-covered Tibet, transparent mountain lakes. We meet the famous artist - Nicholas Roerich. We study aerial perspective.
Color harmony in nature. Contrast colors. Animal genre. We write bright birds and butterflies with pastel, using complimentary color combinations.
We talk about how color affects our mood and emotions. We turn to the paintings of Mark Rothko - the master of painting the color field. We study the role of color in the composition of the examples of works by other famous artists. Doing an exercise on color associations. We convey our own mood in color and simple forms. We draw pastel abstract composition.
We master drawing in pencil. We study the softness and hardness, various types of hatching. The concept of tone. We draw the golden mask of Pharaoh, studying the proportions of a human face.
We study the Greek ornaments and continue to comprehend the basics of portrait drawing. Find out which famous Italian brand uses a character from the myths of ancient Greece. We draw Medusa Gorgon, decorating the pattern with ornament meander.
We continue to study the proportions of the human figure. We draw the Roman gladiator using a pencil and pastel.
We make architectural sketches with a view of historical monuments with a pencil and markers.
In practice, we study food illustration in pastels and markers.
We comprehend the genre still life. We plunge into the atmosphere of the fairy tale “1000 and one night”, draw a colorful oriental still life with pastels. We study the expressive means (light, highlight, halftones, shadow and reflex) to transfer the volume of objects.
We admire the modern architectural look of Tashkent, talking about its knowledge.
We study the perspective through simple compositions and urban sketches of our capital.
We talk about the genius of color and shape - Henri Matisse. We study the work of the artist. We write our own still life from nature, styling for Matisse.
On this block, a teenager will study graphic materials and master the techniques of their use, learn the basics of drawing, get acquainted with the basic concepts of the artist.
Ii. The second block "Watercolor", 3 months, 12 lessons
We study the theory of color, learn all about techniques a la prima, multi-layer watercolors, work on raw, learn watercolor effects, comprehend a variety of techniques.

Get acquainted with watercolor. We make color stretching, repeating color theory. We learn to write in a watercolor technique in a raw, weightless clouds, dazzling sun, sprawling palm trees, white sand, transparent turquoise bays. We convey the beauty of the landscape in watercolor.
We talk about color harmonies in nature, complementary color combinations and master the animal painting genre, painting in the technique of multi-layered watercolor painting of incredible iguanas, charming fur seals and Galapagos turtles.
We learn to paint realistic waves and conquerors of waves on a crest with watercolor. We are talking about balance in composition.
Let's write a stylish landscape in watercolor, studying the perspective.
We study the portrait genre in watercolor. We write a colorful resident of the village, repeating the proportions of a human face.
We plunge into the art of botanical painting in order to imprint cherry blossoms in transparent watercolor.
Studying the animalistic genre, we will write a flock of graceful cranes.
We continue to study botanical painting and features of the image of glass objects in watercolor. We write a still life with a rose and glass from nature.
We continue to learn to depict dynamic compositions. We write snow-white yachts flying by the sea.
