Customer service

The work of our online store is based on strict adherence to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and "Retail Rules".

1. Proposed for the purchase of works of art (goods) you will find by looking through our catalog. You are given the opportunity to independently familiarize yourself with the goods presented in the online store, which are accompanied by additional information about them. The search form at the top of the page will help you sort the product by various characteristics.

2. Looking through the assortment of our store, you can immediately form your shopping basket by clicking the corresponding button "Add to basket". Also, you can always view the product you have already selected directly in the basket, it can be found at the top of the page. The total amount of the order will be displayed there, excluding the cost of delivery, and it will also be possible to delete the previously selected product.

3. After the basket is formed, you must click the "Proceed to checkout" button, there you will be offered a form where you will need to select a delivery and payment option (it can be adjusted during a conversation with our manager), specify the delivery address and other contact information, proposed by this form.

4. After you have placed an order in our online store, you will be sent a notification to the email address specified in the order form. Naturally, orders placed earlier than your order are closer to the beginning of processing by our manager.

5. The online store manager processes orders as they come in. Since the online store does not have an unlimited amount of goods, the first action of the manager is to check the actual availability of the goods you ordered. Only after making sure that the order can be completed, the manager contacts you to confirm it, agree on the terms and methods of payment.

Delivery

The registration of the work of art in the customs examination is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. Delivery is carried out by courier to the Buyer's address, to the point of issue or by Uzbekistan Post. The buyer undertakes to pick up the order at the pickup point no later than 7 days after its receipt. If the work is not received within the specified time frame, the repeated procedure for registration and delivery is fully paid by the Buyer. Delivery by Uzbekistan Post is carried out in a period of 2 to 20 days, depending on the remoteness of the region. For the delay in delivery, the Uzbek Post is responsible.

Warranty

The work is guaranteed by the artist.

The buyer has the right to return the work within three days from the date of its receipt, provided that it retains its presentation. To make a return, you must send an email to the address: vkartfact@gmail.com. In the letter, indicate the name of the order and the contact details of the Buyer. If the return is carried out due to inadequate quality of the goods, a photo of the defective unit is necessary, on which the marriage is clearly visible.
