On October 29, 2021, in the Bonum Factum gallery, with the support of the Swiss Cooperation Bureau of the Embassy of Switzerland in Uzbekistan, an exhibition "8 line" will be presented following the participation of a group of young cultural and art workers in the Bukhara Art Residence of the Bonum Factum gallery.
The artists touched upon the theme of mysticism in painting - this is a non-style direction, which is based on the artist's special worldview: mystical, irrational, intuitive. This is a method of comprehending reality and transforming impressions into an artistic plane.
The influence of Sufism (the mystical and philosophical trend of Islam) is also determined by the theme of many of the works of artists presented in the exhibition. The main goal of this movement is an attempt to know God, to get closer to him, through a special form of prayer.
Bukhara is the oldest city in the world, it is more than 2500 years old. In this city there are many architectural monuments, buildings and houses that have come down to us through the centuries almost in their original form. In one of these houses, located in a residential area of the old city, popularly called the "Jewish mahalla", there is a unique space that, with its architecture and atmosphere, creates the ideal conditions for the "BF Art Residence".
On September 8, 2021, the Bonum Factum gallery organized a trip of a group of creative specialists to Art Residence with an invited curator from Israel - Said Abu Shakra.
Art Residence Bukhara is a platform for assisting in the development and implementation of artistic (intellectual and material) ideas and works that meet the idea and objectives of the project.
"Art Residence Bukhara" is implemented by the Bonum Factum gallery with the support of the Swiss Cooperation Office of the Embassy of Switzerland in Uzbekistan, the purpose of which is to create a new communicative environment and the sphere of cultural leisure, cultural integration and cultural exchange with the regions of Central Asia and beyond in the study, creation and distribution of cultural products.
During a series of trainings, the participants received information about art and gallery business, as well as the development, implementation and promotion of contemporary art projects. It is important that this trip contributed to getting inspiration and opening a stream for creativity and new ideas. Therefore, the main theme of the upcoming exhibition, which will open on October 29 at the Bonum Factum gallery, was the mystical atmosphere of Bukhara and how living in the Art Residence helped the artists tune in to the flow of inspiration.

Bismakhova Tamila
She was born in 1991 in the city of Tashkent.
She studied at the Republican Art College named after Pavel Benkov (2008-2010), the department of book graphics, and also graduated from the National Institute of Arts and Design named after K. Bekhzad (2011-2015), the department of easel painting.
Creates works in oil, watercolors, digital art, and is also engaged in monumental painting.

Mohira Mullyadzhanova
Artist, illustrator, graphic designer
She was born in 1993 in the city of Tashkent.
She is a student of the artist Sayera Keltaeva and a graduate of the art and design course at Central Saint Martins College in London.
Graduated from Taylor's University in Kuala Lumpur in 2015 (graphic design department).
2016 received her BA in Graphic Design from Taylor's University.
