On November 27, 2021, the Bonum Factum gallery will open the exhibition "Close-up: Star of the East" at 6 pm, organized with the support of the Swiss Cooperation Office of the Embassy of Switzerland in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Film Fund of Uzbekistan.
One of the main motives in world art was and remains the image of a woman. More often and rather, art, as if in a mirror, reflects the development of society and the renewal of the creative outlook of artists.
The works presented in the exposition express the problems of universal human significance in forms that correspond to modern realities and aesthetic demands.
Meanwhile, the image of a woman is not only a topic of art. The dynamics of modern life brings new nuances to the understanding of the phenomenon of female nature. Previous stereotypes are changing - the female image is socially and psychologically becoming more diverse and subtle. What became the leitmotif of this exhibition, which presents the works of young artists - Samad Ghorbanzadeh, Laziza Tulaganova, Pavel Kim, Zilola Kakhramonova.
In particular, within the framework of this exhibition, restored and digitized unique photos from films of different years will be presented for the first time,
which demonstrate the historical process of the development of cinematography in Uzbekistan.
